Every expert will tell you the same thing - food is the foundation of health. You can dive down the rabbit hole of overwhelming and confusing nutrition advice and then there are the companies that will swear optimal nutrition is related to their unique protocol based on "the newest research".

The truth is, you probably already know what you should (and shouldn't) be eating to feel your best. At the end of the day, good nutrition is pretty simple, but following through can be tough even when we have the best of intentions.

Hi there! I'm Nicole

I’m a naturopathic doctor, a mom, a wife and a business owner.

I wear a lot of hats and I know you do too! I am mostly known for helping people manage their hormones, chronic pain and digestion naturally, but my job is to really look at all aspects of your health and come up with a plan to help you feel your absolute best in every way.

People often refer to me as their partner in health and I take that responsibility so seriously. I work with people who are struggling to find true solutions to their health conditions and are looking for a straightforward plan to help them feel their best.

My own journey with chronic pain as a teenager and young adult has shown me the importance of a healthy lifestyle. My clinical experience over the past decade has solidified my belief in the critical role of lifestyle choices in preventing and managing chronic diseases. As a naturopathic doctor, I get to combine modern science with natural therapies to create safe, effective, individualized treatment plans for my patients. I encourage my patients to take charge of their health and become actively engaged in the process.
